About Cheryl

My first word was probably “Why”. Why is it so hard to be happy and live with clarity and compassion? Why do some love affairs thrive and others fizzle? And most importantly, what can we do about it? As a Buddhist psychologist and sex therapist I’ve been on a lifelong quest to answer these questions. Along the way I’ve studied science, meditation, and tantra. I’ve kissed a few frogs and loved a prince or two. And I’ve discovered some things worth sharing. Now, I am here to help you create Mindful Loving.My goal is simple – to make your life happier, and yes, sexier. Along the way, I hope we have a whole lotta fun.
